I am doing really well on WW. Have done it over the years off and on and I know it works as long as you follow the plan. DH is v overweight and I would like him to follow it too. But, he works abroad some of the time, busy the rest of the time and I know would not commit to meetings or even on line or do it in any "official" way IYKWIM.
If I knew what his "point allowance" was I could help him stick to it. I know it depends on height, age etc. Does anyone know the secret formula?? TIA
