DP is doing the 5:2 diet and I am loathing his bloody "fasting" days; he becomes really spaced out and looses all resilience and perspective, making him moody and generally hard work to be around. I really want to avoid him as much as possible two days of the week! He is great at working out how to get the most nutritionally enriching healthy calories he is allowed on those days, so it's not as if he's trying to get through the day on a Mars bar. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, what do you do about it? Or do you just want to be left alone to get on with it?
