Can anyone recommend a good toning DVD i can use from home?
I don't really want to loose weight just tone up bum thighs stomach. I have a birthing/gym ball that i want to use but feel i need a dvd to follow for discipline as il just get lazy, do 3 sit ups and then give up!

I liked Carmen Electra's fit to strip (no stripping in it though!). Think it is 2nd of a series. First time I did it I though, 'this is so easy', but the next day I was in agony!

Oh and you can either do the whole workout or just the bodypart you want to focus on, IIRC.
