I'm half way through to loosing 2st and although I'm going strong, I still have cellulite. It's getting better but tbh I can't remember a time I didn't have it, even as size 8!

Are there any simple exercises or food choices that have worked for you? I'd love to just improve the look

Thank you

I'm going to wait here for someone else to come along with an answer! I've never been very over weight and have a normal BMI now, but I still have a cellulite-ridden backside and upper thighs. I have a massive dimple in one of them!

Unfortunately, I think the answer is, if you're prone to it due to the make up of the lower layers of your skin, you can't do much except drastically lower your overall body fat percentage.

When i lost a lot of weight last year my cellulite disappeared, but i was borderline underweight, always running and cut out carbs, sugar and processed food. Gone completely in the other direction now and cellulite is back.

So exercise and healthy eating does work? Did you cut out anything else?

I cut out most dairy too.
Was living on ryvita, rice cakes fruit, veg, lean meat, fish, eggs and cottage cheese.
would exercise for at least 1-2 hours a day.
I found it really easy, but have now gained all the weight and cellulite back and feel like i have messed myself up, i now have serious issues with the way i look, i got way too obsessed with it all.

Dry skin brushing really does work....but you have to do it everyday without fail. My sister did it and it worked for her, I just cant be bothered. I start off with good intentions but then get lazy.

My spin instructor swears a slice of lemon in boiling water works for her.

I eat healthily and exercise every single day, sometimes twice, and I have cellulite. It is better when I drop a bit of weight but it never goes.

arghhelpme that doesn't sound like someting I could stick to.

betty I've heard of the dry skin brushing. I'm the same though good intentions and then off the wagon. Still I've never tried it so I might have a go and see if it works for me.

I exercise most days too and eat reasonable well but....my poor ass !
