Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help me to know how many points I am allowed. I am doing weightwatchers from home as have had success with the plan previously. The problem is because I am going it alone I don't know how many points I am allowed. I have looked in the books I have but can't find anything to advise me.
I am 5.2 and 9.8 stone. I am breastfeeding a tiny bit once a day now so should I be getting extra points or not?
I am going to start today with 29 but it doesn't seem like much.
