Before Christmas I was using Myfitnesspal and lost around 8lbs. During and after Xmas I have put on about 4lbs! U still need to loose a stone.
But I keep comfort eating, because I'm fed up, lonely or just cold and hating the weather! Any excuse!
Any tips to stop comfort eating?
I'm thinking just don't being the chocolate/flapjacks/cakes in the house.
If I need to comfort eat then do it actual food and see if I still want to conform eat. Im guessing it will be a lot less.
Any other ideas? I really want to loose a stone. Half a drone would give me a massive boost!
