We're doing a weekly weigh in thing in work and I was ok with my weight (69 kgs) until we had to work out the BMI too. 27!! I knew I was a bit overweight alright but not this big. In only 5 foot 3 with smallish boobs so don't really carry weight well, it all goes to my belly.
How am I going to lose the 2 stone needed, but healthily?
I need recipes, I need simple exercises and I need someone to shout at me so I don't eat chocolate!
