Hi

I am looking for a diary that can count the calories in my food, one with a really good database but that preferably doesn't cost too much.

The one at weightlossresources is excellent but at 6.95 a month I'm wondering if anyone uses something similar but cheaper....or is the best you've found?

Thanks!

I use My Fitness Pal too. You can make a free account on your PC and download the app also so you can sync between PC and ipad/ iphone if you have one. Its a really useful app

ooooohhhh thanks, will take a look. I have an apple at home and a pc at work...is it possible use this via an app and then also log in during the day to log my calories when I am supposed to be working on my lunch-break do you think?
