The only thing I can ever have is Tikka (8 1/2 points) so getting sick of it now and dh wants curry tonight - anyone know the points value or is it just as bad as other curries?

Pretty much all curries are bad from a restaurant. Have you tried making your own from the WW cookbooks? He could then order a take-away, and you could stuff your face on low calorie ones...

Thought as much as they all use ghee. In the ned, I had Chicken Shashlick - tikka with grilled green peppers, tomatoes and onions which was a lovely alternative to usual tikka.

Also, not sure if anyone's aware of a restaurant in Purley, Surrey that does LOW FAT curry dishes - we usually go there when we're visiting mil - fantastic taste. The restaurant is right opposite the motorbike showroom, not sure on road name though.

Shaslick is definitely one of the better options - Chinese is better all round though.
