So I live outside the uk & spent 80 odd squid on a Weightwatchers at Home pack (my only option). Only thing is nowhere in the pack does it tell me how to calculate my propoints allowance. I rang customer services & spent 15 fist eatingly annoying mins trying to explain this & getting completely mad responses & a promise to email me shortly. No email arrived, but I really want to start tomorrow.
I'm 5ft 4 & 13 stone 3 can anyone advise? Thanks very much.
