Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some info regarding the "new" 5.2 Diet? I stumbled across this Diet at the weekend, and was so keen to learn more that I downloaded a copy of the book. It sounded great and certainly worth a try, until I got to a chapter that states the diet is not recommended for anyone carrying a lot of weight! Sadly that does include me as I want to shift at least 2 stone, maybe more, so I wondered if anyone else had any more info on this or maybe if you have tried it yourself and have a lot of weight to lose.
