Hi, I just bought the Davina Ultimate Target DVD from last year (£5 from Amazon) and it's fun and easy to do, but very energetic!! I've only done it a couple of times so can't say if it's working yet but I can feel I've done it the next day! You can also do each section separately if you don't have time to do the whole DVD.
The Zumba collection of DVDs is fun if you like dance, and the Darcey Bussell Pilates one is great for something a bit more relaxing.
