I'm fed up of feeling fat and frumpy and need a revamp.
I'm looking forwards to summer and being able to wear t shirts, dresses and summery clothes without feeling self conscious.
I want to go swimming with the kids without feeling like the wobbliest person at the pool.
I need to lose 2 stone.

This is my plan;

MyFitnessPal
daily multi vit and vit d
Walking every day for an hour with the buggy (weather permitting. Only non permitting weather is snow)
Davina dvd 2-3 times a week when I can fit it in with a non daytime sleeping baby
Body brushing
oil treatment for hair once a week
oil cleansing method for skin

I'll factor in a haircut and facial as I go along.

Anyone like to join me for updates and big kicks up big butts?

I'm in .... Reducing carbs, classes 3x a week and if have time maybe fit in a gym workout all around a feisty 16 month olds busy schedule. Would like to lose 2-3 stone

BoraBora · 13/01/2013 20:43

I forgot one - pelvic floor exercises!

FrumpyPumpy · 13/01/2013 20:55

Go on! You can do it! I lost 3.5lb with mfp this week; just do it!

Jahan · 14/01/2013 18:58

Evening all.

BoraBora Yes! definitely pelvic floor exercises. I do about 30 a day.

I'm also bfing so won't do the fast diet.

We had snow today so I didn't get out with the buggy but had a good day foodwise -
porridge, satsuma
sushi and soup
small h/m biscuit + choc snackajack (they are quite good!)
Chicken & veg casserole with small baked potato
Plus lots of pacing the hallway with non settling 11 week old!

I also oil treated my hair before washing it today and defuzzed.

This evening I plan to do some belly and toning exercises infront of the telly and body brush.

How did everyone else do today?

Are you on MFP? You can add me if you like - my name's Sastra on there.

I have eaten:

  • porridge with honey (made with water)
  • 2 veggie sausages and a bowl of veg
  • dinner will be veggie casserole.
  • 5 plain rice cakes.

30mins of Pilates

FrantasticO · 14/01/2013 19:45

Strike one - didn't make tonight's body attack, I always make it...kids.
Otherwise attempting to stay at it!

Jahan · 14/01/2013 20:06

Borabora yes I am. Will look you up :)
How old is your baby? Just wondering as your food doesn't look like much for someone bfing. I get 500 cals extra on mfp!

Frantastico - its hard with kids! Well done though for staying at it.

I am going to fire up the shred DVD.maybe, if I can drudge up the enthusiasm. Classes are so much better
Jahan I agree kids are great but they sure make 24 hrs feel like 30 some days!

BoraBora · 14/01/2013 20:16

Oh, I have mash with my casserole Smile

DD is 11 weeks old today!
