Is cheese ok if low carbing?

I suppose it should be cottage cheese shouldn't it? I ate a whole baked camenburg (250g) left over from christmas with vegetable crudites to dip and veg tempura (carb coating I know) ...I'm not sure I'm tackling this low carb thing in the right way.

I know I should stick to lean meat and fish really but I have so much amazing cheese in the fridge atm and I hate waste!

Proper cheese is fine. Cottage cheese is much carbier.

You shouldnt be sticking to lean meat either, FAT is what is important on low carb!

Nice hard cheeses are fine, go easy on the soft ones.

Your carb coating would have been your biggest problem though :)
