what does everyone think/do when MFP tells you your calorie intake is too low? my target is 1200 and ive had 1050 before exercise. however ive had a big bowl of cereal, a ham salad baguette on brown bread and a big stir fry. ive inputted the calories as close as i can but still came up with this warning. the stir fry is low calorie but there was a lot of it and i struggled to finish it all - i def put it in correctly as per the info on the packets. the other day i got this message and panicked and ate some leftover xmas chocs! i think im eating enough and only when im hungry so should i just ignore?

What's your weight and height as that will determine how many calories you should consume to lose? This is a good site to input all your current details and then check the calories you need to lose eg 10% or 15% etc of weight:

I always think MFP sets calories too low (even 1200 is low for many).

If you want to increase calories then perhaps add nuts and seeds to your salads and make sure your dressings are fullfat eg olive oil; add a bit more oil to your stir fries and more protein?
