I am looking for something I can buy in the supermarket to eat at work during say morning break with tea if I get hungry! I am finding a lot of muesli and cereal bars are packed with fat and/or sugar.

Can you recommend one that's not too diet-killing please?

Ta!

I love tesco's own "light choices" orange (or choc & orange?, can't remember), 6 in a box. very nice IMO
(not dieting at the moment as still bf, can't concentrate on me...)

I do like the special K yogurt/fruit bars as well, I weight watchers terms they have the same points value.

Most muesli is full of fat and sugar too, more worryingly these bars are often packed of artificial ingredients. How about a small bag of nuts and raisins instead.

none - these bars have nearly as much sugar weight for weight as chocolate and cost twice as much.

buy or make a sandwich.
