Daily food diary share - to embarrass us into eating well?

Who fancies pledging to write down, on this thread, EXACTLY what you have eaten / drunk each day.
The idea being, it'll encourage us to want to eat healthily and avoid the shame of having to write a long list of processed crap down!
I'm not talking fancy diets, more cutting out the unnecessary crap and eating more fruit, veg and good stuff.
Hopefully, to lose the extra pounds!
So who's in?

You can share your food diary with my fitness pal friends - would that help?

TalkinPeace2 · 08/01/2013 18:21

I'd suggest you do MFP - some of my daily diaries are on there - same name everywhere :-)

Nooneelseisallowedafergus · 08/01/2013 19:45

Oh my good god. Just put my daily diary into MFP! I thought I was fairly reasonable today - 2600!! I am breastfeeding a 9 month old and pretty non stop during the day but bejesus. It was the cheese and pickle rolls which done it....
