I have two stone to lose (slowly) and my preferred method is portion control along with a workout DVDs. I find that using just one DVD gets boring, and so I "tourist" my way around a selection to keep motivated.
I confess I wanted to start on the Jillian michaels Shred thread, but it was too high impact and hurt my back after day 1 so I'm going back to my touristing and taking it slowly! Would anyone like to join me for some mutual support (any DVDs and diet combo you like)?
