I'm starting nights tomorrow. Today is the last day for me to shop. Besides litres of water what else do I need for the first three days?

I've tried to join the boot camp thread but I'm getting confused as everyone seems to know what they are talking about! I just need A B and C as I'm abit thick when I'm on nights. Shall I go to M and S and buy a chicken to roast?

Definitely join the thread! There's a link to instructions, hang on...

well, here's the link for you to have a go: spreadsheet

At the bottom of the spreadsheet there are tabs. Click on the one that says 'Bootcamp Rules'. All you need to know is there.

If that's no use you could buy something like the Idiot Proof Diet book, which is very similar.

You will be able to - its a shared Google doc so no problems.
Honestly join in - there are loads of new starters like you so ask away or just lurk for a while.

Have you had a read of the thread and the recipes to give you an idea?

I would try and meal plan what you are going to eat for the rest of the week.

Bovril - if you like it
Do you like meat? How about some fish to go with the meat that Roobs has suggested!!!

In fact, I've just noticed, BIWI reposted the rules about 4 posts into that thread, so you can read them there Smile
