I have lurked on the GI threads and have even bought the books but really need to start propely. My belly overhangs my jeans.Blush
I have not got a lot to lose but get put off by the thought of having to cook separate meals. Before I do the shopping this week I would love to know your quickest and easiest low Gi meals that all your family will eat. Then I will have no excuse but to get serious and stuff the rest of the easter eggs down the kids necks!!
