they are supposed to work by making you feel full so you eat less
i bought some yesterday and i am amazed tbh. they are absolutely minging when you have to down them, but You Just Don't Get Hungry. i have had to MAKE myself eat today (day 2) and normally i am one of these people permanently hungry and if i don't eat i quickly go really light headed and irritable.
i have got about 7lb to lose and so far have managed to eat less than usual (i calorie count so about 1400 yesterday and today)
and am really hoping they will help me lose what i want to
has anyone else tried them? and if so how did you get on?
