I'm about to restart low-carb dieting, which I did last year and lost 2 stone. However, I feel so wobbly and podgy that I need to exercise too. DD is 10 months old and my tummy is a wreck of loose wibbly skin. Please someone, come and help me stay on the straight and narrow! I'm going to Shred, because it's the cheapest option, and I'm starting back at work on Monday after mat leave (eek) so I need something relatively short that I can do indoors on dark cold evenings. I've never got past about day 7 before, so I need encouragement! Please come and join me, pick your poison and let's all stick to our resolutions!

Eeeeeeeeeep, low carb! You have my pity - I did that for about 2 days and didn't make it through the nightmare headaches!

Enlighten me - what's Shred??

this I've heard good things about it but never made it very far myself. Nowhere near 30 days, anyway!
