I re-started WW yesterday after an 18mos hiatus. Putting on 24 of the 28lbs that I'd previously lost.
So yesterday I made a chicken curry (1st day back), feeling very pleased with myself as I'd used skinned chicken thighs with all the fat trimmed off. Check on my Filling &Healthy foods list to discover that you can eat for free the following chicken cuts; skinless & boneless breast, skinless drumstick, skinless leg and chicken mince. No thigh. Why is the thigh not included as part of the chicken leg??? Genuine question, as I feel depressed by all the hard work that I did yesterday has been undone by two lean skinless chicken thighs!!! Hope that you can answer my query. Thank you ??
