I have just joined slimming world. I though I understood it all, but I am a tad confused.
Am I right in that all veg and fruit is fine with out having to weigh. pasta, potatoes, quorn, tofu is all free food.

So could i have a third of a plate of peas, some new potatoes and quorn fillet? and that would all be free?

thanks in advance!

PS I'm a veggie.

pps, i also bought the 'free green recipes' book, is that OK for use on the extra easy plan? - is everything in it free?

A third if each plate should be "super free" not just free - if you look in the book where they write your weight there should be lists. So peas, potato and quorn are all free, but you need the third super free - for example, in my house this is frequently carrots and broccoli but there's lots more choice. NOT sweetcorn (that's free, not super free).

Feel free to PM if you have questions - I've lost over 7 stone and counting with Slimming World Smile

And yes - if it is free on green, then it will be free on Extra Easy!

If you are a veggie, won't you be following green days? If so, you don't have to have super free foods and you can have 2 heb choices.
