Ds is 10 weeks. My first CS but dc3. I plan on starting swimming / walking alternate days this week with some yoga thrown in. I want a DVD to do when childcare/ weather doesn't play ball, is the shred suitable?

I started it at 8 weeks post c-section and was fine, only thing I found though is that sit ups don't necessarily help reduce your tummy (can make it stick out more even), Pilates based exercise far better for that.

I think it depends on your fitness level pre c-section and your recovery.

I found it quite hard on the knees at first so when you do start listen to your body, you may need to stop and do some lower impact or gentler exercise first to build up before the shred. Oh and I didn't do it everyday at first, every other was better to have a recovery/rest day.
