Could anyone help me please until I find my Slimming World book?

I am determined to go back on the Slimming World way of eating again tomorrow but cannot find my food optimising book anywhere. I joined on-line last year, followed the extra easy plan and then got, ahem, distracted...

Until I find it I could do with checking that I have remembered the basics...

Are all fruits/vegetables 'free' on the extra easy plan?
Am I right in thinking that rice/pasta/potatoes are unlimited but bread isn't?
Fish/prawns are 'free'? (I don't eat meat)
Muller light yogurts are 'free'

I seem to remember that there were two 'healthy extras' each day - approximately 25g of cheese and one slice of bread or did I dream that up?

I have some recipes from the magazines that I can use until I can find the bloomin' book but any other suggestions or information would be very much appreciated.

Yes, you are right. Bread is a healthy extra. 2 slices from a small whole meal loaf. The other healthy extra is dairy, milk, cheese etc.

Most mullerlite's are free some of the fancy ones have sins (or did have -a year since I've been)

You will get more info from the SW website.
