I've listened to the CD and bizarrely couldn't finish my sandwich. This book talks about his 4 golden rules but the hypnotic gastric band should bring his success rate from 7 out of 10 people losing to 9 or 10 out of 10. I was one of the ones it didn't work for so I'm hoping this will work!
