Found a how to in Top Sante and am in the first week of 2 mins walking 1 min jogging... so I'll see how I'll go. I never knew 1 minute can be THAT long 
Any runners on here who could give me some tips? I do all the warm-up before and stretching after but my quads are killing me! :)
