On basis of BMI:
I need to lose 9lb to get in middle of 'normal' (I'm right at top end of normal atm)
DP needs to lose 2 stone to get into 'nirmal' band
He's right up for it and so am I but need lots of tips etc for best way of kick starting
He's said he'll stop drinking lager and eating crap snacks like nuts and crisps
What are your top tips
