What can I eat that will break this low calorie cycle?

I have lost a considerable amount of weight this year and at 5 foot 4 I am currently about 9 stone 2.

However, I find myself locked in a cycle of low calorie eating.. it's all cottage cheese, quorn, tofu and salad. The odd ryvita. Low cal cereal bars. Fruit. That sort of thing.

I am missing..something. I'm not sure what though... Protein and good fats probably. Good carbs too. I feel a lack of nutrients... my hair is not in good condition and my circulation is poor... I am sure i could improve this with a decent diet.

So.. what can i eat that will fill me up, provide good nutrients and not make me put on weight?

Congratulations on your weight loss! I think you should see a nutritionist. A low calorie, low fat diet will definitely deprive you of essential fats and vitamins over time. Best of luck with it all

Good quality meat, a little olive oil, salmon, mackerel. Good things.

Typically, what do you eat for a main meal?

Ah none of the above because I am vegetarian.

A main meal would be either cottage cheese on ryvita or stir fried veg with quorn. Tonight i am having sweet potato wedges, roasted peppers and mushrooms and some tofu and goats cheese.

Hmm, a nutritionist. That may be an idea

Then you need to ad olive oil and nuts to your diet. I suggest stir frying with a tea spoon of olive oil, not spray oil, and chucking some cashews in.
