Weightwatchers vs Slimming World!!

Have always been a WW girl but considering giving SW a go. Can anyone let me know what the main idea is behind SW and views on whether it is better than WW and why? Thanks in advance!!

SW is much simpler than WW but you do have to watch your portion control. I have done both and was more successful with SW.

Having said that, after stopping either of them I just put all the weight back on and more so am now trying lower carb as a permanent way of eating
