I have come to the conclusion that i need to do something before i risk becoming very unhealthy. After nine years of smoking, i gave up last november and haven't had so much of a sniff of one [smile] But apart from that my lifestyle is shocking [blush] I eat rubbish, processed foods and a lot of crap while i am sat at the pc [blush] what i really need are some good healthy food recipies, that are not boring as dp and two ds's will be eating them too. Please feel free to give any hints or tips, or give me a stern telling off for eating lots of the boys chocolate when there are packs of raisins and dried fruit lying unopened in my cupboard [blush] Thanks for reading this is if you managed to read it all [smile]
