Keeping the weight off over Christmas

Hi all, this is my first time using this section.

I've been doing a 'fit club' with some work mates, and have managed to lose half a stone. I still have 5 pounds to lose to get to my happy weight but with Christmas coming I think the loss will have to go on hold. I'm not overweight and love my food so certainly don't want to deprive myself over Christmas. I've got a couple of meals out coming up plus am already stocked up on the cheese and chocolates.

But, I would really like not to gain any, I seem to be able to maintain my weight even with a couple of 'bad' days so long as I exercise.

Does anyone have any tips for not going too mad over Christmas and letting the diet go all out of the window? Might be looking for a bit of support!
