OK today I went looking for summer dresses and there were great ones out there - but they don't look great on me. Biggest curve is my tum Blush

So after that, I felt so depressed, I nearly pigged out on a bag of crisps ---- but no! I'm back onto losing weight with a vengeance. One question though: how do you firm up flabby upper-arms?

hi hun, easiest and simplest way is to use weights if you have them, light ones to start...we are firming not building huuuuge muscles. take the weights(tins of beans are fine) lift them above your head then bring your arms backwards ,bending your elbows, until the weight reaches your neck. do 2 sets of 10 at first building up to 3 sets of 20. this is for the wobbly bits under the arms and it does work. p.s watch the posture. good luck.

thanks ginger, I've just seen this. Will try it out. Am taking tennis lessons and I'm uncomfortably aware of my upper arms swinging back and forth whenever I use the racquet!!!
