I need to lost 2stone. I've been needing to lose 2 stone for a while now 
My head seems to have turned a corner this weekend and I have promised myself that I deserve to look and feel great. So now I need to decide what the best way to go about this.
I don't mind eating LC but I've given in to wheat as well as sugar this week and ended up eating loads of crap almost uncontrollably, so I feel like I'm starting from scratch.
What are people's opinions about the most effective and easiest to maintain?
