how much will i lose before i go down a dress size?

misdee, I want to get into my size 20 jeans too. Its about a stone for me too. How quickly can one lose a stone? 6 weeks being very disciplined perhaps.

well i am on week 4 on tuesday, and i am currently 2lb off a stone. size 22 jeans are getting looser, but size 20's are stil ltoo tight.
