I haven't been on a diet since I had DD 3.5 years ago and it's getting to the stage where I really need to reduce my size.
I am thinking of doing Slimming World as some of my friends really rate it, but I don't actually want to join a group, I'd like to just do it on my own. Pre-DD I used to do WW on and off if I just wanted to lose a bit of weight and I never joined a group then either, but it seemed to work for me fine.
So I guess what I need to know are the basics and also, if I need to get some books, where is the best place to get them from (without joining a group) and which ones should I get so it just gives me the basics...
