Otherwise, I'm four weeks postnatal, and want to start reining myself in wrt eating far too much crap and to get walking. I plan to start more intense exercise after my six week check-up.
Weight Watchers works for me. I'll be on 40 PP including the extras for BFing - sounds like a lot, but so far I reckon I'm eating more than that 
Anyone in?
