Hi

DS is 7 weeks old and we are not having any more children so I would like to shift some weight during my Mat leave, ideally 1.5 stone.

I'm currently breast feeding and had a section. I've recovered well from the section but still a little tender in areas.

I've also got a 3.5 year old so time for exercising during the day is minimal.

I've never dieted before & don't really know where to start. I like the idea of monitoring my intake therefore weight watchers or similar would be ideal but there are so many out there.

Can anyone advise of the difference between weight watchers & slimmers world.
I will be doing it all online as no time to attend meetings. Thanks!

Hiya, I think both work if you can stick to them.
Simply for ease of use online I would say WW, SW's programme although good is really hard to follow online.
Both have extra allowances for breastfeeding.

Last time I joined WW online there was £30 cash back on quidco so it only worked out at less than £5 for 3 months.
Good luck!
