It just will not shift ! I've had my third baby 3 months ago was back to my pre preg 14 and a half stone about a week after birth . I'm breastfeeding too . I have either toast/porridge breakfast time buscuits and cup of tea at lunch or cuppa soup and ryvita and quite a large dinner
prob because I'm starving by then ! I also have pnd :( some mornings I will have breakfast then feel guilty all day about it which will then either make me snack more or get really snappy cause I'm worrying about it ! I can't afford slimming world or weight watchers or a gym . I walk as much as possible but sometimes it's not doable when cleaning decorating ferrying kids to school and clubs . How do you loose weight when u are really busy plus my DP likes proper heavy food as he has a physical job so I would have to make me something different to him and kids looooong :(
