What can I eat? I used to be good at eating according to Briffa's guidelines (more or less), but have got all out of the habit and can't seem to remember what the heck I snacked on or ate for meals that took less than 3 hours to prepare and cost less than a tenner per head.
I have loaned my copy of Escape the Diet Trap to MIL (and she is diabetic and losing loads with it, so I don't want to demand it back!), and I can't really remember what on earth I was eating 6 months ago that worked with it.
So, menu plans, meal ideas, typical day menu anything! Help! I need to lose 10lbs a couple of pounds over the next 2 weeks and I can't seem to kick start myself.
