Right i need some motivation to help me, I need to lose my baby fat, so i want to know what is the best diet to follow? & any idea on good low fat foods to eat.

I am fine at breakfast time, lunch time is my main hunger spurt What sort of foods should i eat? Also what could i snack on? Cakes/biscuits my downfall!!

I need a good book with simple recipies any suggestions? I HATE cooking so dont want no fancy stuff just nice low fat & easy cooking.

And does anyone want to join me ? We can motivate each other?

TIA & heres to a skinny summer Wink

what about making 2-3 pans of homemade soup one day and freezing portions/saving portions for later in the week. Cram it full of pulses and good veg so it'll top up your post-baby iron anf vit. levels too. Follow that with a wholemeal pitta with a bit of houmous/tuna/lean meat/cottage cheese and salad then fruit and low fat yogurt. This sort of lunch covers all your main food needs, is full of vitamins and fibre and the protein should stave off hunger for a while. Weightwatchers yogurts and fromagefrais are handy to have in as they're extremely low in fat and calories and they fill the gap if you get peckish around 3.30-4pm! Also skinny cow lollies are very good for evening munchies as are sugar-free jellies!
