Ok I have started couch to 5k with a friend. But My knackered old trainers are not up to the job-any runners recommend some starter running shoes to get me going?

Also NEED a sports canopybra for 42f cup, really struggling with this area. Should i double up? Bra a crop top? Bind the bastards~? I'm bfing still and it fecking hurts to run.

Can you get to an Up and Running shop?
I am e/f cup. I use a shock absorber run bra. 2 clasps. Leave plastic one done up and put over your head. That straps them right down. I get zero bounce!

I got my sports bra from M&S. I am slightly smaller cup size than you but similar back size. I always double up with a decent normal bra and then my sports bra.

Try Enell - not easy to find on the high street but fairly easy online.

i use shock absorber too on my e/f cups and they don't move

Freya sports bras are great - I get mine either from Bravissimo or Figleaves. I'm a 34GG and I have found the normal bra type ones best for running , rather than the bra top style.

I got my trainers from a specialist running shop where they video you running on a treadmill and find the right trainers for the way you run. They were perfect from my first run and I've never had any blister problems or issues with my shins or ankles.

Enell definitely. You can get them from the Less Bounce website.
