Am I the first? Oh dear. I hope other people are doing better than me, which is no change at all.
Good luck to all of us, and thanks to Furball and Figleaf for keeping us going!

same here Sad
seem to have lost the path to enlightenment..( or weight loss at least SadSad)

HeavyBee · 28/03/2006 10:36

No, no, Unicorn, we haven't lost the path. We're just taking a breather on the way. If the weight went down every week just the same way it'd be dead easy to keep to it, but it goes in fits and starts. If we keep being strong willed (I actually threw half a pot of taramosalata away, although much good it seems to have done me) then we will lose the weight. WE WILL.

Ugh no - put on 2lb to!!! BUT it was my ds's b/day and mothers' day so sorry but there were just too many temptations!!

Not around next week off to Center Parcs - so all that cycling, swimming etc etc should lose me tons by the following week!!!! hee, hee, ha, ha!!!

Good luck to everyone, WE WILL GET THERE!!!!

HeavyBee · 28/03/2006 10:50

I was sure I'd have lost weight after the amount of cake I turned down this week but negative-cake doesn't seem to weigh negative-pounds. I'm so cross, though, it's made me more determined, which is a change. Perhaps if I stomp around being batey I'll lose a few ounces that way.

Furball · 28/03/2006 10:59

oops sorry - completely forgot! Thanks Heavybee for starting the thread.

tangerinecath · 28/03/2006 11:47

figleaf · 28/03/2006 12:45

busywizzy · 28/03/2006 13:53

OMG - 10st so I've done it - I'VE LOST A STONE Grin Grin Grin Grin

Just wanted to scream with delight when the scales read 10st dead this morning. I've been really good, determined to loose that final 1lb but I really believed it would say 10st something and then I'd be in a dilemma about whether to declare the loss or not.

I've had weeks where it hasn't shifted but stick with it girls, it does eventually happen. And my thinking is, the harder it is to come off, the harder it will be to go back on.

Right, 9st - here I come Grin

Furball · 28/03/2006 14:13

Well Done Busywizzy!

chickenrice · 28/03/2006 16:33

Well done to all those who've lost weight and keep going the rest of you.

I've put 4lbs on. Sad I expected this having just been on an all-inclusive holiday where I had 4 course meals every day. Blush Well I am going to have to make up for all that now.

Thanks to Furball and Figleaf for doing the charts.

teacups · 28/03/2006 19:30

1lb off for me - well done Busywizzy and all those who have lost weight. I seem to have lost this pound and put it back on several times....hope it's gone for good now.

Cheers

teacups · 28/03/2006 19:32

I should add that I sat last week out because post holiday I had a sneaky peek at the scales and had put on 4lbs Shock - blamed water retention but suspect it was sherry retention...

Not long to go til Easter now - hang on in there Smile

tortoise · 28/03/2006 20:28

Thanks to everyone and belated congratulations to Buzywizzy, that's wonderful news and really inspiring!

I shan't be weighing in for a couple of weeks, no access to email, or scales for that matter - but I will tell the grim truth when I come back. Urk.

SleepyJess · 30/03/2006 16:59

Lost one and half this week... and I am not sure if I put last week's 'loss' on (it wasn't a loss Blush.. it was a gain!!)

Total loss now eleven and a half pounds.
