Can I have some support to help me through the day please?
How am I going to go all day without getting the hunger shakes?
Can anyone give me ideas on mid morning/afternoon snacks?
Do others on it buy the ready meals and ww products or count their own points on meals etc?
TIA

count my own points
Tis pice of cake!
No hunger pangs if you pick your snacks well
Tip for brekkie porridge, with decent whole crushed oats, 2 tsps soft brown sugar and a little semi skimmed milk 2.5 points and hunger... not for yonks
Lunch
prawns and salad
homemade chicken tikka and salad
Covent garden tonato or carrot coriander soup and toasted brown pita bread.
I count up the daily dinner in points, by what I want to eat, then add it up and divde between portions. Then I opt out of things that are too high in points.
It takes a few days to get into the hang of it.

Thanks, I did it last year but can't remember how I got through the day!
I know once I get going I will be fine it's just sticking to it and not straying!

I had a ropey 1st week, but this week have banked 5.5 points in 2 days and I'm only on 18 points, plus thats without exercise as dd been ill...
It's like a competition, thats why I like it!
Only need to shift a tiny bit but its the discipline I like :)

THanks!! I have gone 2 days without chocolate although have just bought my sister burger king and felt it was rude not to have it myself!!!
Will have to do hours on my lateral thigh trainer to burn it off!!!

WW is truly a waste of money if you cannot stick to it though... :)

I'm doing ww at the mo, top tip I read in their magazine. Start your points 'day' at 5pm. Then if you run out of points at the end of the day you still have a new allowance for dinner, it's easier to last out from lunch to dinner than to run out of points and go to bed hungry.

I prefer to make food from scratch, the portions seem to be bigger than buying ready meals.

My top lunch, zero point soup and Krisprolls (0.5points for one).
