anyone tried these? lost 38lb myself and stuck on last 7. would these give me a kick start?

dh has just got the xls fat binders - i think the idea is that you carry on with your healthy eating and take these after meals. They are supposed to bind with approx 50% of the fat in your diet and take it straight out of your body instead of it getting digested.
So its not a miracle weight loss pill, but an aid to weight loss really.
They are about half price on Amazon and I think they may last longer than it says as you need 2 after every regular meal up to 3 times a day, and 3 after a fatty meal

I am using them too. They only bind 27% fat, not 50% sadly. I have lost 1.5 lbs by using them & not changing my diet (as an experiment really, to see if they work). This week I am going to eat better & see if I get better results.

Hi I just started 2 days ago. Feel no different! Appetite the same!
Should I feel less hungry yet? To early maybe? Not a lot too
Loose so prob being impatient. When did you notice any change?
KnockKnockPenny · 09/10/2012 21:23
Took almost a week for me to have a noticeable hunger reduction :)

Well I have been taking XLS for 4 days and Iv Lost 6 pound , I don't no if it's a coincidence but I don't feel hungry and I have lots of energy and feel very possitive about my quick wieght loss , I no it takes hard work too and that's what I intend to do , I go swimming 3 times a week and have a busy job so that's all helping , good luck to all the dieters out there it's not easy and it's not just about not eating the foods we love , it's a mind set thing too , keep thinking possitive people and be blessed xx
