I need to lose a couple of pounds in a week in order to fit into a dress I bought from eBay for a fancy dress party.
I'm thinking either the drop a jeans size Special K diet (though this is supposed to be two weeks) or low carb (scrambled eggs for breakfast, veggie soup for lunch and cutting pasta/potatoes/rice from my evening meal).
I know that the results will be short term and I am on a more sensible diet long term, but I am not massively overweight, just looking to shift a bit of mummy tummy.
What do you think? Cereal or low carb?
