I went last nigth for the first time and actually enjoyed the exercise although not the weighing bit! I am actually full too so far which suprised me as the 2 week menu thing you get when you start looked a bit sparse.

anyone done this/doing this and got any advice?

Haven't been hungry once since I started and I've lost 5lbs in two weeks. Healthier food choices is the answer I think, ie multigrain bread fills you up longer than white bread and porridge for breakfast is a life saver because I don't get hungry mid morning.
