I have been psyching myself up to start this 7 day diet tomorrow, bought all the stuff and bankrupted myself but have stupidly left the book at work where I went to photocopy it the diet plan for the week...
I think I have found a rough idea of what the first day is, but can't find anything else online, really don't want to wait another day to start as have just eaten all the carbs in the house so can anyone who has the book help me out with what is on the first day?
