Meals out

DH and I have quite an active social life and go out for meals with friends a lot.
This doesn't really fit in with my diet as most weeks I'll have to have a couple of cheat days ...

Just wondered if anybody had any advice on where I can eat out that isn't totally bad for you? What sort of food? I've heard Chinese isn't too bad?

slimming world works on a syns principle where everything can be eaten but you need to count syns. it is a particularly useful "tool" when you eat out. you probably already know what to have - boiled rice not egg fried etc. would suggest you look into it and see if sw suits you.
